Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost, any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box, and is in resalable condition.  The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The fixture must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material and have a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#), issued by us on the return box. Any items returned without the RMA number will be refused. To receive an RMA# please email support@krelllighting.com clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return or call 1(877)774-5735.

Delivery Times

Although Krell Lighting maintains extensive inventories in our warehouse, many items offered on our website must be ordered for you. As a result, customers should expect standard delivery times to be between 3-6 weeks for these items. You may contact our customer service department with the “Contact Us” form on our website for the most accurate delivery time estimates.

Taxes

Krell Lighting is a registered corporation in the State of New Jersey and is responsible for collecting 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to any locations in the state of New Jersey. Our shopping cart system will automatically compute this tax for orders shipped inside the State of New Jersey.

Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, our secure shopping system will immediately e-mail a receipt to you, listing the details of your order, For your protection, this receipt will not include the entire credit card number you used to complete the transaction.
